Au3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using au3's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the au3 platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the au3 platform. This platform is intended for individuals who have reached the age of majority under local law. au3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

Any changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation and Security
Each user may only hold one active account on au3. Registration requires you to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. au3 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
- Only one account is permitted per individual
- Personal information must be accurate and kept up to date
- Identity verification is required for fund withdrawals
- Sharing your password is strictly prohibited
- Accounts inactive for 12 months may be closed
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an au3 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering or any form of system manipulation.
Actions strictly prohibited on the au3 platform include:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate games
- Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate betting outcomes
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or abuse promotions
- Transferring funds between accounts without approval from au3
- Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the au3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and online bank transfers via FPX. au3 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits, though minimum and maximum limits may vary depending on the method selected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process that takes one to two business days. au3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraud or a breach of these Terms until an investigation is concluded. Deposited funds are intended for use within the platform and are non-refundable unless a technical error is confirmed by au3.
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. au3 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user during the payment process.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Account Policies
Liability Limits
Au3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of this platform, including wagering losses, service disruptions due to maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control. au3's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the au3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interfaces — is the property of au3 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written permission from au3.
Account Suspension and Closure
Au3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from a competent authority. Users may also close their own accounts by contacting our support team. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided no suspicious activity is found.
Third-Party Links
The au3 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. au3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the au3 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution body in accordance with established procedures.
Au3 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
